How it works
Paid ranking
What a payment buys
A payment buys a promotional listing of the named Instagram profile on CreatorPodium's website, ranked by lifetime credit under the published ranking rules. It does not buy a guaranteed rank, placement duration, traffic, followers, engagement or any financial return. Payments go to CreatorPodium — not to the listed profile or its owner. Credit has no monetary value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed. Being outbid does not entitle a refund.
How rank is decided
Profiles rank by lifetime credit — the total of confirmed payments to CreatorPodium for that profile, before payment-processing fees and after refunds and chargebacks.
Tie-breakers
Equal totals: the profile that has held that total longest ranks higher; then the one listed first; then the lower listing number.
During checkout
Positions can change before your payment completes. The status page shows your actual rank after credit.
Refunds
Duplicate payments, payments that were captured but not credited, and payments made in the 30 days before a listing is removed are refunded under the Refund policy. Being outbid is not. Refunds go to the original payment method and take 5–7 working days at the payment provider.
If you own a listed profile
If you own a listed profile, you can confirm ownership and hide the listing permanently. Payments credited in the 30 days before the removal are refunded under the Refund policy.
Questions and answers
What does a payment buy?
A promotional listing of the named Instagram profile on CreatorPodium's website, ranked by lifetime credit under the published ranking rules. Payments go to CreatorPodium — not to the listed profile or its owner.
How is rank decided?
Profiles rank by lifetime credit — the total of confirmed payments to CreatorPodium for that profile, before payment-processing fees and after refunds and chargebacks. Equal totals: the profile that has held that total longest ranks higher; then the one listed first; then the lower listing number.
What happens if another profile passes mine?
Rank follows lifetime credit, so it changes when other profiles are boosted. Being outbid does not entitle a refund.
Does credit expire, and can I cash it out?
Credit never expires. It has no monetary value: it cannot be converted to money, transferred between listings, withdrawn, redeemed or used as payment.
What are the payment limits?
Each payment is between ₹750 and ₹1,00,000, in whole rupees. Payments above ₹25,000 need you to type the amount to confirm. There is also a rolling 24-hour limit of ₹2,00,000 per payer and a limit on how many payments can be started within an hour; see the Terms.
Are taxes included?
Prices are tax-inclusive. GST is not charged at present, so receipts are labelled Receipt — GST not charged.
When do I get a refund?
Under the Refund policy. Duplicate payments, payments that were captured but not credited, and payments made in the 30 days before a listing is removed are refunded; being outbid is not. Refunds go to the original payment method and take 5–7 working days at the payment provider.
I own a listed profile. Can I remove it?
Yes. Claim the profile by following the instructions on its claim page, then hide the listing permanently. Payments credited in the 30 days before the removal are refunded under the Refund policy.
Is CreatorPodium affiliated with Instagram?
No. Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Positions reflect money paid to CreatorPodium, not popularity, quality or endorsement.
How do I report a profile or make a complaint?
Use the Report link on a profile, the privacy request form, or write to grievance@creatorpodium.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours with a copy and resolve them within 7 days.
