Terms of Use

These Terms apply to your use of CreatorPodium (creatorpodium.com) and to every payment you make on it. Where a rule is quoted from the CreatorPodium specification, the quote sits in a block marked "Source" and is the exact rule the service follows.

What a payment buys

A payment buys a promotional listing of the named Instagram profile on CreatorPodium's website, ranked by lifetime credit under the published ranking rules. It does not buy a guaranteed rank, placement duration, traffic, followers, engagement or any financial return. Payments go to CreatorPodium — not to the listed profile or its owner. Credit has no monetary value and cannot be transferred, withdrawn or redeemed. Being outbid does not entitle a refund.

Who may pay and which profiles may be listed

Before you pay you confirm the statements below at checkout. You must be 18 or older.

The payer attests at checkout: the profile is public; to their knowledge it is not a minor's account; they are not boosting to harass anyone; they are 18 or older.

A listing can be removed after review. The kinds of profile that cannot stay listed are:

Moderation-ineligible (removal after review): private account, account of a minor, betting or real-money-gaming promotion, impersonation or fake account, sexual content, owner opt-out.

Amounts, credit and ranking

Payments are made in Indian rupees (INR) through our payment partner. Credit is the amount you pay, counted towards the lifetime credit of the profile you boost.

Credit is the full amount paid, including any tax, before gateway fees. Fees never reduce credit.

Refunds and chargebacks reduce credit per §1.7; nothing else reduces credit. Credit never expires.

Credit has no monetary value: it cannot be converted to money, transferred between listings, withdrawn, redeemed or used as payment. No table, API or UI offers any of these.

INR v1: min 75,000 paise (₹750), max 10,000,000 paise (₹1,00,000); INR amounts are whole rupees (amount_minor % 100 = 0). Every top-up is a separate payment and meets the same minimum.

Profiles rank by lifetime credit — the total of confirmed payments to CreatorPodium for that profile, before payment-processing fees and after refunds and chargebacks. Equal totals: the profile that has held that total longest ranks higher; then the one listed first; then the lower listing number.

Amounts are whole numbers in the smallest unit of the currency, and any division rounds down. Times are shown in Indian Standard Time.

Division always floors (Math.floor on non-negative integers); no other rounding exists in credit math. Tax display uses round-half-up (§1.5 T3) and never affects credit.

Timestamps are INTEGER milliseconds since the Unix epoch (UTC), taken from Date.now() in the Worker. Client-supplied times are ignored. Display time zone: Asia/Kolkata (IST, UTC+05:30, no DST).

Spending limits

To limit mistakes and misuse, the service applies a rolling 24-hour spending limit, a limit on how many payments can be started within an hour, and a typed confirmation for larger payments. It never saves cards and has no subscriptions or automatic rebids.

Rolling 24 h cap: Σ credit_paise of (credited payments of payer_key with captured_at ≥ now − 24 h)

• Σ credit_paise_expected of (intents of payer_key in status created|order_created with created_at ≥ now − 24 h) + new credit ≤ 20,000,000 paise (₹2,00,000). Else ERR_SPEND_CAP with remainingPaise and resetsAt (earliest time the window frees enough).

Velocity: (credited payments of payer_key in the last 60 min) + (open intents of payer_key created in the last 60 min) < 5, else ERR_VELOCITY with retryAt.

Payments whose credit exceeds 2,500,000 paise (₹25,000) require typedConfirm = the amount in whole major units of the payment currency (whole rupees for INR) typed by the payer; mismatch → ERR_TYPED_CONFIRM_REQUIRED.

No saved cards, subscriptions, mandates or automatic rebids exist anywhere in the system.
